How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Flat $50 insured freight for most machines ($80 for GIGA and XJ9), with signature on delivery. Metro deliveries usually arrive in 2–5 business days. Remote areas (WA, NT, far-north QLD, Tasmania) can cost more — we contact you with the difference before dispatch, and you can cancel for a full refund. Free local pickup is available.
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
Parts and labour on the machine for 12 months, on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. If something goes wrong you deal with the technicians who serviced it, not a call centre.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every machine is packed by us and sent insured. Check it when it arrives and contact us straight away with photos of the box and machine — we deal with the freight claim so you are not left chasing the courier.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, the original delivery charge isn't refunded, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Faulty machines are covered by the warranty instead.
Can I pay it off?

All refurbished machines come with a 12-month warranty. If anything goes wrong, you deal directly with us — not a call centre. We're a real workshop, so we can actually fix it.
Yes. We offer fast Australia-wide freight and local pickup from Point Cook, VIC. Machines are packed to our own standard to arrive safely.
Absolutely. We accept most brands and conditions as trade-ins and put the credit toward your next machine. Get in touch for a trade-in quote.
Inside, the parts that wear are replaced or rebuilt and every machine is tested with real coffee before it leaves, so it makes coffee the way it should. Outside, it is a used machine and may show scuffs or light scratches, which is why we send photos of your actual unit, marks and all, before it ships. Every machine carries a 12-month warranty and costs up to 60% less than new.
