Who services the machine?

We do. Every machine is serviced and tested in our Melbourne workshop before it leaves, and repairs are done at our workshop in Point Cook.

What does the warranty cover?

12 months, parts and labour, from delivery. The full terms are on our warranty page.

What if it breaks?

Call 0431 852 898 first. Many faults are sorted over the phone. If it needs to come in, it goes back to the workshop that rebuilt it, and freight both ways is covered on accepted claims.

How does the trade-in work?

Any Jura, Breville or DeLonghi automatic, working or not, is worth $200 off. One trade-in per purchase, not combined with other offers.

Do prices include GST? How do we pay?

Prices include GST. Pay by card, PayPal or bank deposit, with an invoice for your accounts. Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 are available on machines up to $2,000.

What does delivery cost?

$50 insured delivery for most machines, $150 for the GIGA range and XJ9, or free pickup from Point Cook.

Does it need to be plumbed in?

No. Every machine runs from its own water tank, so a bench and a power point is all you need.
