## 5. Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Chameleon Coffee website and your purchases from us.

### Using our site

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

### Products, pricing and availability

We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, condition disclosures, images and prices, but errors can occur. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Refurbished stock is often one-of-a-kind, so availability can change quickly. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by a genuine pricing or description error before dispatch.

### Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order (or confirm it's ready for pickup). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in that case.

### Payment

We accept card payments, Afterpay, Zip, and bank transfer / PayID. For bank-transfer and PayID orders, your order is reserved as pending and is only confirmed and dispatched once payment has cleared in our account. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

### Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by or licensed to Chameleon Coffee and may not be used without our permission.

### Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to (at our option) repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law allows.

### Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

### Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our site at the time of your order applies to that order.
