### Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide. Free local pickup is available from Point Cook by arrangement.

### Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

### Shipping methods & cost

- **Machines:** shipped by insured freight/courier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Heavy items to regional areas may take longer and cost more.
- **Beans & accessories:** shipped by standard or express parcel post.
- **Local pickup:** free.

### Signature on delivery

Machines are usually sent signature on delivery to protect your purchase — please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for it, or contact us to arrange an alternative.

### Delivery times (estimates)

- Metro: 2-5 business days
- Regional: 5-10 business days

### Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or on collection for local pickup). Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

### Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly with the carrier.

### Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully. Re-delivery or redirection caused by an incorrect address or a missed signature delivery may incur additional charges.
