Named for Le Chat Noir, the legendary Montmartre cabaret, and roasted long and low until the oils just break the surface. Bittersweet cocoa, black cherry and a curl of woodsmoke, with a syrupy body that holds its own under milk or pulled through a moka pot. Not for the faint-hearted.
