Brew and steam at once. One boiler brews while the other makes steam, each with its own pump. Pull a shot and texture milk at the same time, then make the next flat white straight away.

Do I need a grinder? Yes. The M2 has no built-in grinder, so use a burr grinder or pre-ground espresso coffee.
Who handles the warranty? We do. Warranty claims and repairs go through our Melbourne workshop, not an overseas supplier.
