Automatic machines fail for boring reasons: scale in the thermoblock, coffee oils in the brew unit, milk residue in the frother. This kit covers all three, using the same products our technicians use in the workshop.
What's in the kit

Cleaning Tablets (10) — dissolve coffee oils from the brew unit. Use when your machine asks for a clean (roughly every 180 cups).

Descaling Liquid (500 ml) — removes calcium build-up from the heating system. Use when your machine prompts (typically every 2–3 months without a filter).

Cappuccino / Milk System Cleaner (500 ml) — clears milk residue from the frother so it stays hygienic and keeps frothing hot.
Fits
Jura automatic machines (check your manual to confirm your model uses these products). Other brands: check your machine's manual before use.
Why it matters
Most of the repairs that come through our Point Cook workshop could have been avoided with regular descaling and cleaning. Keeping up with maintenance protects your machine. If you bought a refurbished machine from us, regular cleaning and descaling is a condition of the 12-month warranty.
