Grown high in the Peruvian Andes around Cusco and roasted to a smooth medium, it pours sweet and rounded — melted chocolate, soft caramel and a gentle hazelnut finish, with a whisper of red fruit. No sharp edges, no bitterness: the cup you reach for every morning.
