Why it's different

Real espresso, no kettle, no gas, no power point

Most "portable" coffee makers need boiling water from somewhere else. The Pureflow carries its own heater, its own pump and its own battery, so the whole process happens in one hand-held unit.

⚡
Heats its own water

Double-click and it takes cold water to around 92°C. Allow about 90 seconds from cold.

20
20 bar piston pump

Enough pressure for a proper extraction and crema from fresh grounds, not just a drip.

°C
Holds the right temperature

The heater locks in extraction temperature so each shot tastes the same as the last.

▭
Rechargeable battery

A few shots per charge when heating cold water; more if you start with hot water. Brew while it charges.

⌁
USB-C charging

Charge from a wall plug, a power bank, a laptop or the car's USB port.

☂
Built for outside

Rated for -5°C to 45°C, so cold campsite mornings and hot cab afternoons are both fine.

▲
Works at altitude

Rated to 5,000 m, which covers every hike and high-country road in Australia.

3
Takes whatever you have

Fresh grounds in the 8 g basket, Nespresso-style capsules or Dolce Gusto-style pods. Both adapters are in the box.

Pocket-sized power

Fits in a jacket pocket. Pulls at 20 bar.

At 245 mm tall and under 700 g, the Pureflow is about the size of a large water bottle. It slips into a pack side pouch, a jacket pocket or the ute glovebox, and goes wherever the day does.

  • 83.5 × 245 mm, bottle-sized
  • Under 700 g
  • No power point needed
  • Rated for -5°C to 45°C and up to 5,000 m

What's inside

Built to outperform the pod machine at home

Tech // 01

Pressure you can taste

A piston pump pushes water through the coffee at up to 20 bar. That is what separates espresso with body and crema from the thin, drippy cup most travel gadgets make.

  • Up to 20 bar of pressure
  • Internal piston pump, no hand pumping
  • Steady flow for an even extraction

Tech // 02

Self-heating, on demand

Fill the 70 ml stainless-steel tank with cold water, double-click, and the 72 W heater brings it to around 92°C in about 90 seconds. Already have hot water? A long press brews straight away and saves the battery.

  • Around 92°C extraction temperature
  • About 90 seconds from cold
  • Works with hot or cold water

Tech // 03

Charge it anywhere

USB-C means the same cable as your phone. Top it up from the car on the drive out, from a power bank at camp, or from the laptop at your desk, and it can brew while it's plugged in.

  • USB-C charging cable included
  • Power bank and car compatible
  • Brew while charging

Who you're buying from

Sold by a Melbourne coffee workshop, not a faceless marketplace

Chameleon Coffee has repaired, serviced and sold coffee machines from Point Cook for 17 years. We added the Pureflow because customers kept asking for something that makes real espresso away from the kitchen, and this was the one we were happy to put our name on.

Yes. It has a built-in 72 W heater, so you can start with cold water. Double-click to heat; allow about 90 seconds from cold.

Does it work with pods?

Yes. Nespresso-style capsules and Dolce Gusto-style pods, as well as fresh grounds. Both adapters are included.

Is it real espresso pressure?

The piston pump delivers up to 20 bar, which is more than enough for a proper extraction with crema.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. The parts come apart and rinse clean under the tap.

How portable is it?

83.5 mm wide, 245 mm tall and under 700 g. It fits a backpack, handbag, pack side pouch or ute glovebox.
