What does "certified refurbished" mean?
Each machine is stripped, descaled and serviced, worn parts are replaced, and it is tested with real coffee by our technicians before it is certified and warranted. It is still a used machine, so expect some cosmetic wear. We photograph your actual unit, marks and all, and send you the photos before it ships.
What warranty does it come with?
Every refurbished machine includes our 12-month warranty covering parts and labour, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How is it delivered?
$50 insured, signature-on-delivery freight to metro and most regional addresses ($80 for the GIGA range), 2–5 business days metro, 5–10 regional — or free pickup from our Point Cook workshop. Remote and far-regional areas (parts of WA, NT, far-north QLD, Tasmania) can cost more; if that applies to you we'll contact you with the difference before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes on machines up to $2,000 — Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout, subject to your approved limit. Above $2,000, pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer / PayID, or call us on 0431 852 898 to talk it through.
What if I change my mind?
14 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return freight is at your cost, the original delivery charge isn't refunded, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Faulty or not-as-described items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law and our 12-month warranty — we pay return shipping in that case.
